Join my live, online for this 6 week yoga & mindfulness series focused on releasing and restoring

Thursday's 8pm October 29 - December 3

During this 6 week series we will focus on deepening the mind body connection, using our breath as a guide, we will strengthen our ability to relax deeply, unwind and reconnect with our body in a healthy way. 

 

This series will begin with a deep focus on breath awareness and movement with breath, as we move through the series participants will discover the power of yoga, body movement and breath connection.  We will use these tools to help release stagnant energy and balance and ground our mind and bodies.  By the end of class you will feel deeply relaxed and prepared for a restful sleep in the comfort of your own home.  

Gentle vinyasa yoga flow, deep stretching, breath work, restorative yoga, mindfulness & guided relaxation will all be included 

 

Join us on zoom for this 6 week series  a total investment of $75 plus hst

8pm weekly, zoom classes will be approximately 75-90 minutes in length
