Outdoor Yoga classes take place behind bliss in a shade spot, parking is available at bliss, you can enter the yard through the fence to the east of the barn.  

Payment can be made by cash or transfer to blisskingsville@gmail.com prior to class.  

All classes are punch card applicable.

All punch cards expire September 1st 2020.  

Classes are $13 tax included with the exception of 30 minute power yoga classes which are $10.  

Yoga mats will be spaced a minimum of 6 feet apart.

Now that our region has entered stage 3 the class size limit is 99 for outdoor classes so for the time being preregistration is not mandatory.  Social distancing is mandatory when attending outdoor classes.

If you are not feeling well please do not attend, if you have paid for class and are feeling unwell, you will receive a refund or voucher for a future class.

If weather is inclement, you will be notified at least 1 hour before class via email.

Class Descriptions


Flow Gently with Leigh Ann - This class will be a gentle yoga flow, ending with a deep relaxation which will prepare you for a deep restful sleep.  We will sync breath with body movement to align and balance energy.  Stretches will be incorporated. Open to all experience levels.

Free Flow with Leigh Ann - This class will offer a variety of movement synced with breath to bring on a feeling of energetic freedom, balance and bliss.  You will be guided through a gentle to moderate yoga flow including some stretches and soulful movements.  Open to all skill levels.
