Soulful Sundays- Sunday 10:00-11:00am
A fun, light vinyasa flow suitable for all levels.
Flow & Let G0-Sundays 7pm
Wind down your weekend with this gentle flow and restorative class that will assist you to release, relax and restore for the week ahead.
Back to Basics-Monday 6:00-7:15pm
Class will be structured around a “peak pose.” This means we will warm up and cool down the appropriate areas of the body and mind to support the exploration of that posture. Alignment, benefits, modifications and variations will be emphasized. This will be a great class for beginners to become more at ease with a yoga practice. This will also be a great class for more experienced practitioners to dive deeper into postures, empowering them to establish an at-home practice and get back to a “beginner’s mind.”
Blissful Flow - Tuesday 9:30-10:30am
A flow yoga class which is great for all levels. Class will flow gently through poses, giving options for all levels to participate at their own comfort level. We will work on building strength, focus and balance while encouraging the breath, movement connection.
Kundalini Yoga- Tuesday 6:00-7:30pm--Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is an ancient form of yoga that strengthens the health and vitality of the whole human. Truly a holistic maintenance practice, it leads us into homeostasis by adjusting each system of the body, balances our energetic meridians and field, clears away the subconscious clutter and trains our brain to help us live more mindfully. This technology gives us the tools to take on life's challenges with conscious awareness & action. Kundalini Yoga is powerful and effective because it ultimately by guides us back to our true nature which is Divine!
Breath and Move into Wellness -Wednesdays 7pm
Breath guides the movement of the body; the mind becomes focused on the breath; bringing awareness on the journey of the movement. Providing strength, flexibility & peace of mind, which leads to overall wellness!!

Rhythm + Flow - Thursdays 9:30am
All levels flow that will get you in tune with the rhythm of your body and breath
Yin Yoga- Thursday 7pm, Saturday 8:30am
A Yin yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, legs, and lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for longer periods of time allowing the tissues to be stressed and therefore strengthened.
Flow & Restore-Friday at 9:30am-75 minutes
Leigh Ann Mastronardi
In this class we will explore a combination of movement and rest. The first half of the class will warm us up with movement and in the second half will we will discover rest. Restorative poses compliment and magnify the benefits of our yoga flow. Suitable for all levels.
Go With the Flow-Tuesdays 7:30pm (lower studio)
This gentle class is perfect for beginners and those who are looking to take things slow. Working on connecting breath with movement, we will flow through poses with intention. Class will begin with a meditation and end with a relaxation (savasana) class is 60 minutes in length.
