Leigh Ann Mastronardi
Registered Massage Therapist
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certified
Certified Kids Yoga Teacher
I studied massage therapy at Candian College of Health Science Technology in Windsor, Ontario and graduated in June of 2009. I have been enhancing my skills since, and have had the opportunity to treat a large number of clients.
My practice mainly focuses on tissue therapy which is more than just working on muscles. I have a strong belief in looking at the structural integrity of the body as a whole. My treatments vary depending on where my intuition guides me while treating a client.
I have trained in swedish massage, infant massage, craniosacral therapy, I am a reiki master, as well as kids yoga teacher certified. I like to use many techniques and different modalities depending on the need of the client upon assessment.
My latest passion, teaching yoga to children came about after treating multiple children in my massage practice. These children displayed recurrent patterns of restriction caused by stress and tension, I strongly believe that teaching children yoga and mindfulness can help them to cope with the challenges in which they are faced, this will in turn ease their tension and anxiety. I have trained with Young Yoga Masters, Rainbow Kids Yoga, Upbeat Drum Circles and Shamabala Kids.

I thoroughly enjoy teaching yoga. The practice itself has been integral in my life and as such I love to share it with others. You do not have to be a contortionist to practice yoga, nor do you need to have no thoughts to meditate. Both yoga and meditation are referred to as “practices” …because that’s what they are. They are the training ground. We use the skills we cultivate during our practice, our training, to help us navigate our day-to-day lives, to discover forgotten parts of ourselves and to heal what needs healing. We use our practice to reconnect, to our Self, to others and our ecosystem. My approach to teaching tends towards light-hearted and accessible to all. I leave room for individual expression and encourage folks to become reacquainted with themselves. With a curious mind and an understanding heart, come…and discover your yoga.

Yin Levels I and II
Restorative Teacher Training
Health and wellness has always been very important to me. Taking care of myself with fitness provided balance in my busy life. I have been practicing Yoga on and off for more than twenty years, returning to a more regular yoga practice five years ago.
After being inspired by a few amazing yogis, I decided to pursue Yoga Teacher Training so I could share the benefits and my love of the practice with others.
I completed the 200 hr Yoga teacher training in December 2016 followed by Yin Yoga Levels I and II, as well as Restorative Yoga Teacher training.
Practicing yoga is the most amazing and natural feeling I have experienced in my quest for wellness.
My name is Caroline and I am originally from Dublin in Ireland. I came to Canada in my late twenties with my husband and then, two children. I spent most of my life working in the service industry to provide a comfortable lifestyle for my family.
In 2009, I began practicing yoga at the local yoga studio in our small town. I was immediately drawn to the power of this ancient philosophy. I felt an undeniable connection to the practice.
As an avid reader, I was fortunate to come across the work of Louise Hay and Caroline Myss and to learn of their message:
We are all connected and have the power to
change our thoughts and our world.
After working on my own yoga practice for three years, in 2012, Imade the choice to complete Yoga Teaching Training (YTT).
As a student with a thirst to help others, I moved into other modalities to enhance my teachings; Reiki Master, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, N.L.P. Practitioner and lastly, Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I have been fortunate enough to have gained so much awareness and knowledge from many teachers over the years. I thrive on continuous learning and growth. Today I am able to give back to my community by sharing my knowledge and passion with others. This is a responsibility I take to heart.
I humbly bow to all the teachers in front of me daily and to all of my community.
I truly believe in the energy we create and that anything is possible!

Sat Nam! I am drawn to natural wellness practices that guide us into deeper self-awareness, self-healing and empowerment. This drive helped me to discover the ever flowing gifts of kundalini yoga, shamanism, herbalism & holistic medicine, and inspired me to share them! I have been teaching kundalini yoga, an ancient system of holistic maintenance and since 2014. In 2019 I became certified in Muscle Emotion Memory Yoga, a form of holistic resonance therapy. I strive to safely guide others to deeper levels of self awareness and liberation through yoga and vibrational healing.
I have graduated from Carleton University with a B.A. honours in Psychology, as well as from the International College of Holistic Studies with certification in the Holistic Health Practitioner program. I am a graduate of the 3 Year Program of Advanced Initiations and Training from the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. I am also a certified Reiki Master through the Reiki Association of Canada. I am excited to continue learning and sharing knowledge and wisdom that assists humanity in evolving and harmonizing with this lovely planet.

Charmaine is a mindful yoga teacher looking to spread the joy that Yoga has brought to her life! Growing up, she found herself dealing with the effects of anxiety and depression, and at the time there wasn’t a lot of support. Into adulthood these untreated symptoms led to severe mental health struggles.
Yoga has been an essential part in her healing journey and now uses these incredible tools to teach others they are not alone in their adversities!

200 Hour Bliss Yoga Teacher Training Student
After 20 years of practicing and always wanting to teach yoga, I finally asked fear to step aside and completed my Yoga Teacher Training here at Bliss in 2020. This training, along with being a Shamanic Practitioner, career-ing in the world of public relations and participating as an eager student of life, all helps shape my teaching.
My intention as a Yoga Instructor is to create a space for you to feel safe and empowered during your practice whether you’re a beginner or have spent years on your mat.
My goal as a Yoga Instructor is for you to walk out of each and every class feeling lighter, more aware of your body-mind connection and a knowing that your practice of yoga is as unique as you.
My hope, both as a Yoga Instructor and human, is that you find the healing and strength that yoga has shared with me.
